This elegant Vintage French ring is claw set with a fabulous oval cut Emerald (approx. 2ct) and flanked by stepped shoulders pave set with ten glistening Diamonds.

The Emerald has a desirable grassy green hue and was said to be the sacred stone of the goddess Venus, It was thought to preserve love and has long been the symbol of hope.

The eight cut Diamonds are 0.05ct each (approx. 0.50ct total) and have a clean bright sparkle with SI1 clarity and H colour.

The ring is all 18ct White Gold and complete with a French Eagle hallmark on the outside of the shank. It would make a perfect engagement ring for the Emerald lover.
