A magnificent vintage ring crafted in 14k (stamped) yellow gold featuring an open work design accented at the center with a natural cultured Akoya pearl and an outside ring of sapphires (untested, not sure if natural sapphires). Ring measures ~20mm wide on top and is a size 6. Weighs 8.4 grams.
