How to measure your wrist size:

If you don't have a flexible measuring tape, a piece of string can be used. Mark the string at the desired size and lay the string out straight and measure it using a ruler.

How to take care of your Gemstone Bracelets: 

To help protect the durability of your bracelets, please remove when you shower or engage in heavy exercise, including swimming. Avoid spraying perfume, applying creams or any other liquids directly onto your bracelets.

All of the gemstones used are natural and therefore can be vulnerable to absorbing dirt and to chipping. Keep your bracelets away from extreme temperatures, humidity or sunlight.
